How weekly cashback is calculated
Each week, your net loss is your total losses minus your total winnings. Your VIP tier cashback rate is applied to that net loss. This is not a guaranteed amount — cashback is only paid out when there is a net loss.
Cashback is added directly to your account. Processing is typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Calculation: ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 — this is the maximum you can receive at the Silver tier.
